What is the team feature?
The team feature allows you to collaborate over design projects with other members in your organisation, clients, or vendors. You can invite users to work on projects, organize your designs in a Trello-like Kanban interface, and communicate with in-app comments and Slack. This reduces the time spent in back-and-forth communication and eliminates the need for sharing creatives for feedback and review.
Can I make my own templates?
Yes. That is one of the differentiating features of Rocketium when compared to other online tools. You can save your project as a template for future use. The same template can be used to make videos and images in bulk. What's more? Our design team can work with you to create custom templates that can be used to create videos at scale.
How do I share a video with my colleague or client?
The best method for this is to add them as team members. Alternatively, you can share a view-only link with them.
How do I get a custom invoice?
We send an invoice from Stripe (our payment gateway) at the start of every billing cycle. Custom invoices are available for Business plans. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org or your dedicated account manager.
How do I upgrade?
You can change your plan anytime from the pricing page or your account settings. Your existing payment will be adjusted with the new invoice on a pro-rata basis so you need not worry about the balance in your current plan.
Can I pause my subscription?
You can pause your subscription anytime if you don't see a need right now and come back to resume it later. Please write to email@example.com or your dedicated account manager and we will do this for you. All your exports and drafts would be safe in your account until then. If you'd like to cancel instead, you can do so from the account settings. You'll still have access to your projects till the end of your billing cycle.
How do I change my card details?
You can go to your account settings and update the card details anytime.
Is there a limit on number of videos I can create?
You can make unlimited number of drafts but you can export as per your plan limit. For example, with the Expert plan, you can export 40 videos. There are no limits in the Agency plan. For automation plans (including, API, white-label), your limits would be as per the custom plan.
If I edit my video, does my count reduce?
The count doesn't reduce for the first 5 days after you export a video. Any edits after that would reduce the count by 1. With unlimited plans, there is no restriction on number of exports and edits.
Is there a limit on the length of a video?
The ideal length is as prescribed in the plan, however Rocketium is best utilized for short (1 to 3 minutes) videos. You can make videos of up to 5 minutes in length with the free plan. With automation plans, you can make much longer videos with dedicated infrastructure that we set up for you.
